Defense technologies (DRDO) cover various fields, such as-

• Aeronautics
• Armaments
• Electronics
• Ground combat engineering
• Life sciences
• Materials
• Missiles
• Naval systems
   

It is India's largest and the most diverse organization of research. DRDO consists of about 5,000 scientists and about 25,000 other support personnel associated with the Défense Research and Development Service (DRDS). If you are preparing for the DRDO exam, you need to be fully conversant with DRDO’s syllabus. For the Preparation of DRDO’s exam you should begin by going through the DRDO’s syllabus and have a understanding of the topics under different sections such as-

• General intelligence & Reasoning ability
• General Awareness
• General Science 
• Arithmetic & Numerical Ability

DRDO CEPTAM MTS Syllabus

DRDO CEPTAM MTS exam consists of two papers

• Paper-1 
• Paper-2

DRDO CEPTAM syllabus for paper -1 includes topics such as-

• General Intelligence & Reasoning Abilit
• General Awareness
• Quantitative Aptitude & Numerical Ability

DRDO CEPTAM syllabus for paper-2 includes topics such as -

• General Science
• General Math
• General English

Both of the paper includes Objective Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) only and there will be no minus marking in any paper. The medium for the DRDO examination will be Hindi and English.
Candidates have to pass each stage in order to be eligible for the final stage, if a candidate passes the paper-1, only then they can give the paper-2 exam, after clearing the exam of paper-2/round-2, the candidate would be summoned for the final stage that is an interview. Candidates need to attempt both the round and score the passing marks to qualify for the Interview round.

The selection process will consist of round–I & round-II will be conducted in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
